Our research aims to investigate the future-preparedness of Ukrainian firms in the light of its current major disruption. We seek to address and record managers’ forward views from this point, including for significant business and economic transitions that may be possible, and assess to what extend the future-preparedness capabilities (beyond risk management, including opportunities orientation) are present. The research is done in partnership with professors of Aarhus University.
